Ensure product quality and compliance with quality checks
Opera Quality Control guarantees the lot conformity through the management and tracking of quality checks.
Quality Control allows you to define quality tests on incoming raw materials, semi-finished and finished products; electronic dispatching of the test orders automatically generated by the system and the real-time acquisition and monitoring of the quality data in order to be able to intervene in real time on the recorded non-conformities.
Quality tests can be visual or instrumental and the test result can be recorded by the user or acquired automatically, thanks to the connection with devices and measuring instruments.
Opera Quality Control can be interfaced with external quality management systems, acquiring the master data (control plans etc.) from the system and then sending back values about the activities and the results of the tests which are being carried out.
