DEVICE CONNECTION
Data-driven decision making with automatic data acquisition and machine monitoring
Opera Device Connection connects any device with bidirectional data reading and writing mode.
This Opera platform utility can be used across any functional area to manage production data (machine status, productivity, downtime with causes, energy consumption etc.), process values (temperature, pressure etc.), quality (quality measurements for testing), maintenance data (vibrations, oil level etc.).
It is also a key feature to implement Opera Predictive Analytics. The devices are interconnected to acquire the real-time values that are sent to the ANN which, as it is trained on the machine behavior, will process the predictions.
Opera Device Connection connects machines, production lines, plants and heterogeneous measuring instruments, using the latest protocols and industrial standards in the automation field (OPC UA, MT CONNECT etc.), native drivers, device-specific connectors.
Interconnected devices, guided and controlled by the IT system.
